As a non-profit organization, BGAM offers comprehensive secretarial and administrative solutions to UK alumni groups and NGOs. Every service booked contributes directly to our mission and the long-term sustainability of our community programs.
Annual Secretariat Package
A full-year administrative partnership providing a permanent business address at Wisma BGAM, mail handling, and coordination for up to four Committee and General Meetings per year.
Meeting Room & On-Site Support
Rent our air-conditioned spaces equipped with high-speed WiFi, whiteboards, and video conferencing. We also provide catering support for your local events.
Virtual Meeting Management
Professional management of Zoom platforms, including attendee moderation, slide transitions, and meeting recordings to ensure your digital events run smoothly.
