Whether you studied in the heart of London, at a prestigious branch campus in Malaysia, or through a British program anywhere else in the world, I am so glad you are here. If you hold a degree from a British institution, you share a unique academic heritage that we are proud to celebrate and support.
As I lead the association through this 2025–2027 term, my goal is to ensure BGAM serves as a vibrant “home base” for all British graduates—a place where our shared education becomes a powerful force for professional growth and national impact.
A Global Network with Local Roots
Since 1987, BGAM has been a reservoir of shared wisdom. We recognize that the excellence of a British education transcends borders. Through our close ties with the British Council and the British High Commission, we create a space where graduates from all backgrounds can come together to turn their international qualifications into local success.

I am deeply committed to making BGAM a dynamic and inclusive community for everyone. We want to bridge the gap between our seasoned members and the next generation of British graduates. By bringing our families together—including those whose children are now embarking on their own British educational journeys—we are fostering a supportive network that remains energetic and relevant for years to come.
Investing in the Future: The Tun Hanif Omar Education Fund
Our commitment to the future is best seen through the BGAM – Tun Hanif Omar Education Fund. Named in honor of our past president, Tun Hanif Omar, this fund is our way of keeping the door open for the next generation of scholars. We are currently working toward an ambitious RM500,000 goal, and I invite you to join us in this mission to empower future leaders through the gift of education.

As I serve my final term as President, my focus is on Continuity and Stability. I want to ensure that the work we do today creates a solid, lasting platform for the leaders who will follow in our footsteps.
